I was thinking it would be more of a process of discovery but mostly we've been getting back drafts that are too many square feet and less original than I'd expected. We'll get there. He took the plans I'd found as a reference and had lots of good ideas, like perhaps doing a half basement instead of full. I am a little worried about it being too big and having to pare it down, so I tried to emphasize that. He said it would be ready within two weeks. Hopefully it'll be done by the end of the week so I can bring it to show my very interested folks when we go to visit. :) It was an interesting meeting.
